To continue with the Old MacDonald Had a Farm birthday party series, I am giving you 3 FREE printables today! The printables include matching cupcake toppers, water bottle wrappers, and an E-I-E-I-O sign. We used these as decorations at Julia’s birthday party and got a lot of compliments.
These printables didn’t take very long to make, and they made a huge difference at the party. I also didn’t need many supplies for them, so it didn’t cost very much. That is always helpful when planning a big party. There are step-by-step instructions below about how I used each printable. I hope they make planning your farm themed party a little easier!
1) CUPCAKE TOPPERS
I love making cupcakes. You might remember my pretty heart cupcakes. Of course we were going to have cupcakes at Julia’s birthday party!
I made cupcake toppers with 6 different designs. One has a barn on it and the others have different barn animals on them. They each measure 2 inches high by 2 inches wide.
I began by cutting out 24 cupcake toppers. That meant I had 4 of each of the 6 six designs, which is just about right for a batch of cupcakes.
Then I used scrapbook squares to attach each cupcake topper to a piece of red scrapbook paper.
I cut them out so that there was a red border around each cupcake topper. When I was done with that, I attached each one to a popsicle stick with regular tape. You can also use toothpicks if you prefer.

2) WATER BOTTLE WRAPPERS
I have seen cute water bottle wrappers all over, so I decided that Julia’s birthday party was the perfect excuse to finally make my own.
I made three different designs. I used the same pictures as I used for the cupcake toppers. Each water bottle wrapper has two farm pictures on it.
I just cut them out, wrapped them around the water bottle, and added a piece of regular tape to keep them secure.
To keep the water bottles cold and the wrappers from getting wet at the party, I stood the water bottles up in a bucket with ice at the bottom.

3) E-I-E-I-O SIGN
Again, I used the same pictures that I used for the cupcake toppers and the water bottle wrappers.
I simply cut an E-I-E-I-O sign out and put it in a 5×7 picture frame I already had on hand.
